Need Help for a 1H Barbarian Build!

Hello guys! i don't know who i can do this build, i search for a build and I came in two alternatives, more Might or more Dex/Per. What is the best build?

 

My Might build one handed:

race:Dwarf or Orlan

 

Mig:20

Con:10

Dex:10

Per:10

Int:18

Res:10

 

Or Dex/Per one handed:

race:Dwarf or Orlan

 

Mig:10

Con:10

Dex:16

Per:16

Int:16

Res:10

I think the Might build is better. If you are playing one handed no shield, you will get a +12 ACC bonus. So you don't need high PER. Might also affects healing, which is very important for melee Barbs. Plus the 18 INT means longer duration for all your abilities. I would choose the first build.
