Priest Seals and Assassinate (bonus accuracy but not penetration or crit damage)

Priest seals that do damage appear to get the accuracy bonus from assassinate (testing accuracy from stealth vs. out of stealth) but not the penetration or crit damage bonus. They should get the penetration and accuracy bonus....
