Running on Windows 10, have installed both White March packs as well as the free Deadfire pack.

Have all 4 pieces of the of the sword.  Am in Act 3.  When I go back to Dunstan, there's no dialogue option to reforge the sword.

Looking through the forums, seems like this bug has been around for quite awhile, which is pretty annoying.

Anyone found even a work around or know if this is ever going to be fixed?

Configure browser push notifications
