The game crashes at start, after crashes in game

Hi everyone,

 

After downloading the last DLC and playing a bit again to this nice game through Steam, crashes started to occur randomly in game these last two days, every time when leaving an area to go to another.

 

Now, the game crashes right from the beginning, when launched from Steam. It does not even trigger the intro anymore.

 

I checked the integrity of files : seems ok.

 

Any idea about what happens and how to fix this ?
