Issue: After a character is hobbled, they are sometimes unable to move until struck unconscious. This happens in various locations. This is also possible when characters are not hobbled, and happened most recently to me with a new Paladin who hadn't been knocked unconscious yet in the game.
In-Game Fix: Once characters are made unconscious by other party members, they can once again move.
