This is on Windows 7, latest version from Steam:
Start a new Rise of the Runelords campaign
Create a character and add it to the party.
Get to the World Map.
Click Manage Decks
Click the Back Button
Click Settings cogwheel
Click Main Menu

Expect: Go to Main Menu
Actual: Nothing happens. No button clicks of any kind work. Program must be closed from the operating system.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
