Cape of Cheat Escape issue

I equipped the cape on Devil of Caroc

After activating Escape the 1st time, the skill wont stop triggering.

 

Each time DoC tries to attack, Escape will trigger and teleport her away.

It seems to teleport her to a fixed point, regardless of distance

Affects both melee and ranged attacks.

 

Persist between encounters, re-equipping between encounters, area changes, rests.

 

 

Saving and reloading seems to solve it.. which is an "ok" workaround if loading time isnt as bad as it is*cough*

Un-equipping it, finishing another encounter, and re-equipping it MAY have worked too...
