How is the Devoted subclass supposed to work?

Maybe this should be a bug, but I note that when choosing the Devoted subclass, you're allowed to pick two weapon specializations. Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of the subclass? I mean, he's supposed to be a "devote my whole life to the mastery of a single weapon" kind of guy, right? Or does he get the bonuses for all of his specializations? 

For sure a bug, and apparently also already on their bug tracker

    Configure browser push notifications
