After recently upgrading my graphics card I am getting much lower fps in certain areas on Pillars of Eternity. As far as I can discern, this only happens in areas that use special particle effects (such as flames and sparks) and when many characters are on screen. Is there a way I can remedy this? I have tried forcing openGL as well as disabling anti-aliasing.

It is especially bad in The Gref's Rest inn but outside in the frozen area to the West of Stalwart I get about 40fps with 6 characters on screen.

I have attached my DxDiag file below and here is a link to the reddit thread for everything I have tried:

Any thoughts?
