Ok so love the game but here is my problem I have gone to respec my main character at a merchant (several different ones just to be sure) and it takes my money lets me change everything...or so it seems once I finish I go to check my stats and everything changes like it should except my attributes the main thing I wanna respec. I changed my might from 12 to 16 confirmed all of it and when I go to check my stats again it is still 12 and all my attributes are the same as how they started they refuse to solidify from the respec. Please I love this game especially now on the ps4! Please fix this!

I too am having this problem, and as i was searching to see if anyone else has had the problem i found a lot of post but no one from Obsidian or Paradox has acknowledged there is a problem.

It also sounds like a bug...

Our QA team at Arctic has already started checking it out.
