All GUI elements not loading in game. 

 

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

 

Happens every time the game is loaded.

I've tried all common fixes:

1. verify cache

2. reinstall

3. reinstall and verify cache on different/root drive

etc.

 

Nothing..

I'm having the same issue on steam.

 

verified files.

 

reinstalled.

 

tried everything...

 

Would love to hear a solution to this. 

Same issues, posted topic myself hoping for a reply.

i've retried all the fixes after a few months hoping they had been patched. also tried running as administrator, disabling virus/malware protection. still no change.

Can you open that file in an Editor?

Can you modify it?

I am having the same issue I have tried all the "fixes" I can find but none of them work.
