Stuck after losing to a monster (ROC) - Can't apply the effect

Hello,
On "The road through xin-shalast"

I am stuck after failing a combat check against a ROC.
The text on the card is: "If undefeated, move to a random open location and shuffle the Roc into that location deck"
 
I think the problem is that the other locations are closed, so I can't move out.

Here is a screenshot after I took the damage, nothing happen when I press next.

If I press on the cancel button, it disappear and nothing happen.

I play on steam, I tried to continue on my android device but it's the same thing.
