Android: paid to unlock but only have six characters

Hi,

 

I'd not played in a while and thought I'd start again from scratch. I had a bunch of duplicate of the six basic characters. When I paid £20 plus, I unlocked the whole Rise of the Runelords campaign, etc. but the extra characters have gone.

 

I'd like to start again completely, as when I start new party it is showing previously completed missions as done.

 

Can anybody advise?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
