Unable to upgrade steam game to Obsidian edition

I have recently purchased the Runelords expansion on my mobile device and just linked it to my steam account for the promotional on steam.

 

I have bought the steam basic game, but it does not offer me any upgrade option. Any assistance would be very welcome.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
