Account on computer does not match mobile -

My account on the mobile is stylusnix7892 with a PFID F0589CB4E2FF02E9.  My computer account is stylusnix7892.  The account everything that should be attached to is stylusnix7892.  Please fix.

 

Also I did not get my 10% discount or perhaps I got the free upgrade but how do I tell?
