Lots of bugs/glitches , main one with account merge, hoping to hear from a developer or designer on the issues...

Hello, I recently, the day it released I believe, purchased the version of Pathfinder adventures that came with everything on steam...For awhile, the game seemed fine, but at this point I have now run into so many problems, I am just shocked this made it to be purchased by consumers....

 

So lets start off with the little, but very upsetting at times, things...

- I've seen a lot recently, some form of glitch with healing cards, I'll recharge or bury the card for healing, but then no healing or roll for healing will happen, it basically acts like my card just recharged itself, or what have you, for no reason....

- The dice viewer in the store seems glitched as you can't scroll to see the different dice looks

- I don't know if the glitch is with Ezren's power to look at your deck's top card, or if it is with hanchmen themselves... But some glitch has happened, I think when only using Ezren's ability right after I fight a henchmen, in which it never gives me the closing option.... Which has clearly resulted in lost time and games

- There has been an issue I have ran into twice or so, where the game has "froze" basically, especially on henchmen, where it won't let me continue or do anytrhing, I can click on cards and stuff, but the henchmen just stays froze on the screen, with no continue option or anything, and one has to surrender to progress....So again, lost times and games

- I think Mokmurian's club doesn't work as intended when you discard the club itself

- Ezren's ability I think is glitched as well with its timing, because there are moments when I can play a spell during a fight, go and recharge that spell, then use a healing card that shuffles my deck, and then still have the option to check my top card, useful for me...But an error still I'm sure

- I also have run into some error with one of the locations, its closing ability was to recharge a spell or something from your discard pile, and I recharged a spell, then used Ezren's ability, and then it let me recharge the other 2 spells in my discard pile...again, useful for me, but seems to be an error

- Also I have experianced an error several times where I reset my hand, and after drawing up, it still gives me time to activate things like staff of healing and other cards with recharge abilities, like instead of passing to the next turn, it keep my turn active to basically reset my hand a second time

 

And no for the one that has me most unhappy... First off I will point out that for the Pathfinder adventure card game by Paizo, I have been a customer since the beginning and have bought all their products except for the character mats.... So while $30 is cheap, for me I was hoping that the device linking option, would effectively allow me to not have to buy 2 copies of the game, as my partner also plays the game, my thoughts and hopes was that on my computer, I would use one party and view it as my party, and then on her android tablet, she could make a second party to use for herself... Perhaps this wasn't how the profile linking was intended to work, but the lack of info on how anything works in this game minus the tutorial is pretty non-existing....

 

- So anyways, the big problem has come from the 2 times we tried to make her party, basically we went in on her device, to make a second party, which she chose and named, all that, then we went to the deck editor and I allowed her to use cards from my unclaimed area to beef up her decks to start with....Thank the heavens I didn't let her use stuff like my deck six ring that protects from 3 of any damage on a reveal, or stuff like that, still....with her having 4 characters and us changing out all the cards in the decks almost, that is roughly at least 40 cards used on her decks, that when we proceeded to move forward from deck editing, it acted as though we never added anything to her deck, yet the cards disappeared from my unclaimed.... I have likely spent at least 20k gold on chests to acquire what I had, and now lots of the best of it minus the really good cards I thankfully didn't want her starting with...have now disappeared. I am not sure exactly how to rectify this problem, but I hope it is understandable with how it is upsetting for me and I feel something needs done.... I have heard stories of people on steam reaching deck 6 and losing whole characters and their decks.... I am on deck 5 now, so so far, rather than be really fun, the game has been a rollercoaster of glitches and errors that have ruined the fun, and since my unclaimed cards can disappear, even if it isn't intended for the tablet to be able to make a new party, and effectively 2 people use the same account, the cards at the very least, should go back to where they belong... So yeah, unclaimed cards are disappearing, which is about the only use for gold, and my story progress is glitching making me redo senarios pointlessly, and my characters may even disappear....?

 

You can see why I am starting to form the point of view of "Why even play the game, earn gold, buy chests, etc. When it could all just glitch and disappear somewhere..." Now I know I am not a game designer so I don't know all the ins and outs, but for this to have been on mobile devices for like over a year, and then it now has hit steam, and you have released it with the ability to delete whole characters, and their decks and hard earned cards they spent their hard earned gold on.... I think we can all agree that is a little more crazy bad than a character getting stuck in a wall, and you have to reset and play the last minute of the game again to hope to not get stuck in a wall.... ergo, I just have no clue why I have paid money for a game that has discouraged me from playing the game at all, due to fear of nothing I am doing on my game seeming to matter if at any corner, I will just lose progress, whether it be cards disappearing, or whole characters....

 

So again, I don't know how you fix this or make it "okay" But I do know that in my opinion, something should be attempted to be done, and I hope this gets fixed fast, as I didn't intend as a customer, to buy a game, and then might have to wait a year for all the patches to finally fix the game to make it playable.... Basically I just want to play the game I bought and not lose anything or have to suffer negative things in my life, due to that choice to purchase your game... So I hope it is realized, not trying to be a **** here, just want my purchased product to work as intended, and it seems to be doing quite the opposite...
