Close location dialog box stays visible over character screen

I was prompted to close a location, and I decided to check the character screen to see what their base fort stat was:

Apologies if this has already been mentioned and I haven't seen it.

Is permadeath on? No
Tutorial, Story Mode, or Quest Mode? (If not quest mode, did you recently enter it?) Tutorial part 4
Characters in Party the two default for Tutorial part 4
Location of each character Can't remember sorry, Kyra was at the location which requries a Constitution check to close, rogue character was not at the same location
Turn Order Kyra's turn, and Kyra had gone first from the start of the tutorial
Scenario & Scenario Difficulty. If on non-normal difficulties, which wildcard powers are in play? Tutorial, nothing else of note
What card was encountered when the issue occurred? (Or check, or card just played, etc) I think (sorry I've played a bit since then) that Kyra beat a henchman and was prompted to close the location - I do remember failing the roll and having to then clear the location deck.
Did the issue occur on the first explore or a subsequent explore? If subsequent, what card did you last encounter? What was its resolution? (IE, you just encountered an enchanter and failed the check, and on an additional explore you ran into a blessing of the gods but didn't auto acquire it) I can't remember, I believe that it was NOT on a subsequent explore.
Did other characters aid the check? What did they use to aid it? N/A
Was the encounter a Horde? (Skeleton Horde, Goblin Raid, Zombie Nest, Zombie Horde, Garrison Location Power w/ multiple characters, Henchmen encounter in Black Fang w/ multiple characters) Attempting to close the location after defeating a henchman
