I'm experiencing the exact same issue as described in this post. The video from that post shows the same issues that I have.

 

Platform: Steam, no DLCs

OS: Linux

Version: v3.05.1186 -steam

 

Things I've tried:

  • Verified the integrity of game files in steam.
  • Deleted all saves, configs. Started new game.
  • Changed window resolution. Toggled Fullscreen/Windowed.
  • Pinned the game process to a single CPU core.
  • Messed around with in-game options.

What was the solution for gregmetz?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
