I recently had to get a new gfx card and I am now having great difficulty playing the game. If there is a driver that is more stable than the current one I have in terms of compatibility with the game that would be awesome. Otherwise if I need a different gfx card...well not so awesome.

 

Steps: When opening the game at some point between 2-20 minutes will go by before the screen will either go black or uniformly become some background color and the last note of the background music will stutter indefinitely. A forced shut down is required at this point.

Endless sound loop sounds like a crash, and as you need to force shutdown its a whole system freeze.

Question 1: Is your system or the grafic card overheating? Use this https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ or http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php to start a temperature log before starting PoE. Review/ post the logs after a crash.

Question 2: After Nr 1 is ruled out. Is the power of your psu stable?
