I cleared out the first 5 levels of the Endless Paths of Od Nu and after exploring other areas, rebuilding keep etc., when I go back down (either via dungeon or master staircase it is like I never visited those areas (fog of war is intact and monsters re-appeared). I am playing via steam and have the 3.05 version (only installed a few weeks ago).
