According to my journal, I have found all four parts of the Blade of the Endless Paths but I am unable to get Durstan to forge them for me. I asked him to forge it before I had them all and I think that it took two pf the parts from me then as I can only see two parts in my inventory. Now I no longer have the option to ask him to forge it. I may have asked him to do it during the Forge Knights quest as well and from what I read online this can cause the issue to occur.
