Been playing through scenario 5-4 and having some extra trouble at the veils because it has been causing anyone their to recharge a card after any successful

Check even out of turn.

    I second this.

    I thought it was supposed to happen, but now that I checked, it does say "whenever you succeed at a check *on your turn*, recharge a card".
