1.1.6 Harsk's Recycle no longer triggers

I've made two attempts at 6-1 (first was unsuccessful, second ran into Morgiv bug and banished two hands-worth of everyone's decks). I've noticed, through both attempts, that when Harsk (who has the Recycle power) discards ranged weapons, like +3 Acidic Slings, the prompt to discard or recharge no longer appears, and the card simply goes to the discard pile.
