Permission to use music?

Hello all,

 

I'm in the process of creating a non commercial youtube channel about table top roleplaying games, and was interested in using the soundtracks from "Neverwinter Nights 2" and "Mask of The Betrayer" as background music.

 

However, I have no clue who I should contact to seek permission, or who holds the rights to these soundtracks.

 

Is there anyone who could point me in the right direction?
