Leas
Hi there, just a little question because i'm new to this and recently had a first look at the available patches: http://eternity.obsidian.net/downloads/patches I'm wondering how to update the game from 1.06/2.01/2.03 to 3.03. Because there's no file for that, right? Thanks! Leas
0 Suen
The Paradox store will give you a Steam key. You must scroll the page all the way down to see it: "Important: a Steam code will be be delivered to your email upon purchase (or at release if pre-ordered)." 0 Suen
It's possible you'll not need those patches. They are for the kickstarter version of the game, not for sale. For the Kickstarter backer DVD version just install the last available (1.04 to 3.03). The digital versions of the game and the regular DVD version (it's Steam) auto-update to v3.05 when you install them. 0 Leas
Now i understand. Thanks. Does the version available at the Paradox store also work with Steam/GOG or how does this one update?
0 Leas
.... I didn't look close enough. Unfortunately. Thanks a lot. Somebody else opened a very similar thread: http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/90442-patching-from-106-to-303/ I'm still curious about that question.
