Help with powers please

Situation: stuck dont know what to do.

Level: sins of the savior's third level "the halls of Seduction"

Issue: I raised in level and got a new for each party memember. Each of the party has the ability to raise a power accept the thief, she seems to be all maxed out in her powers and the game is not letting me move forward without giving her something, she has no more room to take anything as far as powers go, so the game's not let me go/move on. Please help me.

I'm afraid that this is a known issue. You must have missed out on gaining a Role for Merisiel (perhaps by not having her in the party when you did the qualifying scenario, or perhaps she died in that scenario).
