November 25, 20169 yr During 5.5 you cannot move to the Runeforge until all locations are closed. During Scenario setup this is shown on the map by putting a padlock over the Runeforge. During the Scenario, when you Move, the Runeforge is also shown with a padlock and you cannot move to it. However, if you consult the map during the scenario (as I do frequently, to remind myself where everyone is - especially when playing on Legendary), the padlock is missing and the normal Runeforge icon is displayed.
