Trigger: Healing Potion/Location Power

 

Sajan encounters Potion of Healing. Decides to use the Location's Power ("Attempt Dexterity/Disable 8 in place of usual check to acquire a boon"). Now in my days at school 8 + 3 (from Driving Rain) is 11. But his check is a ridiculous 14.
