Whenever the game micro stutters due to an enemy sighted, dialogue prompt or any programmed "cutscenes" it bugs one or more characters' footsteps sound.
The sound is clipped. Meaning the first half of the complete footstep sound is mute, then the last half is deafening in volume. This reoccurs every third or fourth footstep until a reload of a save is done.
Walking around in a circle without the game "loading" anything new, the bug never occurs. It happens only after a 'load' of new information.
Drivers and so fourth are updated.
