Factory reset tablet : Purchased Set not displaying

Hello.

 

I had to factory-reimage my android device.  Although I see items I purchased using gold, the 24.99 package for the Rise of Runelords and the characters associated with it are no longer listed.  There does not appear to be a 'restore purchase' option in any of the categories of the store. 

 

My identifier in the game is : JosephStoneking #9194

 

I can provide the purchase receipt information that was sent by google-play if necessary.
