Hello,

I was playing last night and everything was working fine. Then, i logged in today and it said I needed to update it. after I did so I went to play only to discover a lot of my purchases were gone!

I lost the 3 adventures of the game (weirdly enough I still have Stone Giants) and a lot of characters too, I lost Seoni, Valeros, Ezren, Lem...

How can I fix this?

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
