During a scenario Sandpoint Under Siege (4.1) I have noticed a bug. If a character in a location City Gate encounters Longtooth as a result of a different character's monster encounter in a different location (Sandpoint Under Siege scenario condition, legendary difficulty), and that first character fails combat check, City Gate should shuffle a random monster to the location deck. Instead the monster is shuffled into the second character's location.
