I am at the firts eyeless enconter at iron flail fort. St. yewden's redeemer equiped. After 3 or 4 hit to eyeless my char cant attack, cast spell or use potion. But eylesses can hit me. Since it is expert mode i cant load any other save file.

Necessery files are attached. This gametrough was for the ultimate achivement, but stuck here.

I did delete all other save files but save file still too big.

i cannot upload save file because its 6182 kb( when zipped)

still save file is too big to upload , for other files it says you :Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file ( for zipped files.)

The char which has the problem named 3GPO. And there is an other problem. Some effects( is only says benefical effects suspended, looks on that char 8 times same.) are not leaving me even after opening game again. There is piccture of it on attached files. 

Can you separate out the specific save? I don't need all your saves just the single save that has the bug.

And the other permenent affects are also can be seen on that save.
