It's entirely possible that this isn't a bug, but it does read as though part of the description is missing for Kalakoth's Minor Blights.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

  3. Adjust your preference.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
