New game started under 3.04. Is the stronghold bugged or have I just been unlucky?

 

11 stronghold turns so far - all nothing new to report except the two tax gathering ones which were both all taxes lost to bandits. 7 day start messages, all nothing new to report. Stronghold is currently 11 prestige 13 security.

Suspect the answer is just unlucky. Now had 28 stronghold turns. 3 times got some taxes. 2 adventures. Also 1 supplicant, 2 visitors, and 2 seeking employment. No attacks. Still seems fewer events than in previous runs but probably just luck.
