<BUG> Progression halt - Roc monster (AD4)

I encountered a progression halting bug with the Roc monster from adventure deck 4. It says if ndefeated, move to a random open location .....

I encounter and failed to defeat it at my last open location. The game fails to do anyhing and doesnt allow my to progress. Had to forfeit the game to continue.
