[1.1.3] UI z-order issues (screen elements being incorrectly in front/behind other elements)

OS: Android 5.1

PACG build: 1.1.3

 

Generally speaking, the Z-order management seems to have broken down in this build! I get cards "standing out" in my hand display, I get the Daily Challenge incrementing banner behind sooner cards, but in front of others and various other Z-order issues
