You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug. The time that devs don't have to spend on the forum is a time they can spend on fixing the game. (Thanks to Longshot11)
July 14, 20169 yr I personally asked this issue to supports. They answered that they checked two Song of Hawkmoon in my vault, but still I only see one in my vault. I think that the card is not missing, only it seems to be missing
