Trying to complete the Forging Alliances quest but no matter what I do, Kyle's house remains locked. The elves have invited me to meet with Kyle but they just stand outside Tweek's Coffee and I can't interact with them.

 

I've completed every other quest that I can and I'm totally stuck. Is this a glitch?

 

Help please?
