From time to time there is a nasty bug - the character of fast walking instead of running.
Restarting the game does not always help.
The bug may appear after loading a save, or when moving into the location.

If you remove the problematic character from the group, and then add again - the bug remains.

 

The first bug appeared after added the Pallegina in my party and gave her a new ability - Zealous charge. After that, I made a quick save and left the game, and when it went again, I found this bug on Pallegina.

 

After that I never took her to the group, but it has infected my mercenary. I pray that this infection is not picked up by the remaining members of the party.
