Blood Pool requirements bugged?

The Blood Pool is supposed to require Cruel 1 in order to activate.  I have Cruel 1, as you can see:

Why, then, does the Blood Pool 'search my essence' and find 'nothing of use'?

 

Slightly confused.

 

I am running Beta 3.03

 

Edit: it would appear you need to come to the pool with a sacrificial companion with you first time (I am using a custom party) so that is why it's happening I think, mystery solved

Configure browser push notifications

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
