[3.03 Beta] Mind Wave target display centers on caster rather than target

In the 3.03 beta, when you go to target Mind Wave, the targeting cone always shows as centered on the caster rather than the target.  It looks like the conal effect starts from the caster and is centered on the target, rather than starting on the target.

 

No save, sorry, but it should be easy enough to reproduce.  I've attached a screenshot, you can see that my cursor is over the prone bandit wizard, but the mind wave cone is still centered on my character.

 

Hope this can be fixed before 3.03 comes out. :)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
