Missing Companions

I have stopped playing some months ago due to some bugs and recently picked up the game again from my last save, and there is still something that blocks me from continuing:

 

I have recruited all 8 (or maybe I missed the Hiravias, not sure) companions at the time, but from my save and now only have the companions that where in my party.

 

The others are show in their original/recuitment location, and their dialogue is now missing the options to make them recuitable.

 

For example: I cannot recruit Kana, but if you look at the quest logs, you can see that I already completed the "Time and Tide" quest.

Same for Grieving Mother.

 

Is there a way to restore my save file? (Attaching save file)
