Did not get card feat tier 3 lvl 30

Title says it all at lvl 30 in quest mode i did not get the card feat tier 3.  I think the bug was caused from me actually going from lvl 29 to 31 from one quest so it skipped the reward.  The weird part is i think i somehow got an extra power feat on my characters instead of the card feat.

 

*Edit*  I just found in the backlog that this is a known issue and a bug for quest mode.  I wish i hadn't proceeded forward with rewards.
