Something I noticed after getting stuck on the victory screen for Thistletop Delve and checking this forum is that you cannot proceed if you are running a character that has already unlocked and equipped the medallion reward with a party of characters that have not completed it yet.
E.g. I finished it with two newbie characters and Seelah and Lini both had completed it and Lini had the medallion.
Guess my only option is to delete the party and miss out of the nice rewards (staff of minor healing) and two Holy Lights I finally got for Lini.
