How to find out the numbers to edit race,subrace,culture in assetbundles?

Hi there, I've been trying to alter my companion stats in their respective assetbundles with the asset bundle extractor tool and I'm managing to understand it but the one thing I don't get is how you find out what numbers translate to what race, subrace, culture etcetera? Is there a log for this to look through or am I supposed to find it out by myself by opening other assetbundles that I know the race (for example) of?

Can someone help me with this?
