Tickwood Boar and Charmed Faceless Stalker apply their penalty to all checks in the encounter

Like the title says, even though the card text says "difficulty to defeat" the difficulty increase is applying to the recharge check on my spell.

 

So

1) Fail Tickwood Boar check

2) Cast spell to defeat

3) Try to recharge spell, spell difficulty is +2
