Point 1: After saving the dump person from the ice crack and returning a few weeks (ingame) later his spirit is still watching.

Point 2: On the safe action the text is „[selected x] hits the wall with his head, it hurts plenty“. (= […] Aloth ist benommen.) But after the act there is no status effect inflicted.
