I had Ezren on location with Kyra about to meet Mammy Graul. Activated incendiary cloud on Ezren. Then used Haste to move Kyra away so I Wouldnt have to deal with skeleton. 

 

Ezren then banished his incendiary cloud right there, even though turn wasnt over and he had arcane. I guess the game somehow made the check as if it was Kyra's turn??
