Stuck after beating Hook Mountain 1st boss

Defeated her second time after closing all locations and it's now stuck. If I quit, close app or go to the shop when I return it has me attempt to recharge the last spell used then it returns to the player that fought the boss, gives me 2 gold (repeatable, done that 3 times now) and then offers no other options.

 

It hasn't crashed, I can still click on any other buttons (discard pile etc) but I don't see any option to progress, because this is the second time I've beaten the boss and all locations were locked it should complete the mission but instead it's stuck.
